The Mount Prospect Partnership works closely with all community stakeholders to maintain an excellent quality of life.  To make sure your concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner, please follow these guidelines.

In an emergency, call 911.  If you need immediate assistance with a non-emergency quality of life matter, call 4311 to make a report.  4311 should be the first call to ensure a complaint is on record with the City.  The local police precincts serving the district receive 4311 reports for follow up.  During regular business hours we welcome your feedback.

The Mount Prospect Partnership main office Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (973) 482-2200 to report a quality of life issue.  In addition, the local police precincts serving the district can also be contacted directly.

Request the following services:

* Garbage/recycling pick-up * Bulk trash pick-up * Snow plowing * Street and sidewalk repair * Tree Trimmings and/or removals * Vacant lot clean-ups

Information to have before you call:

* Addresses, dates, times, and a detailed description of your complaint, cross streets locations, and any additional information that you can provide.

What to expect:

* A service agent will answer your call * Your call will be assigned a Service Request Identification Number to be used for follow-up call and status * You have the option to remain anonymous.  Business Owners and Residents can report the following concerns through 4311: * Abandoned vehicles * Graffiti * Ilegal dumping * Pot Holes * Suspicious or annoying behavior * by individuals or groups * Traffic signal problems.
